Glue station - protective edges
The glue station is another part of the entire production line. It includes a verticalizer, which allows the separation of the creel and the gluing section, and thus use less space in the production hall.
The adhesive section consists of a frame on which the pneumatic brakes and glue pans are mounted, incl. scrappers. Above is a glue distributor which distributes the glue to the individual papers.
There is a collecting tub at the bottom, it can also be heated. Alternatively, we can heat the glue while in the glue exchanger.
The entire adhesive section is attached to the winder and according to the size of the tube, the adhesive section can be rotated to a specific angle and in the axis of the winding mandrel.
Glue circulation is usually ensured by a diaphragm pump.
